Sheet Metal Apprenticeship TrainingTo reach journeyman status, an apprentice has to graduate from an extensive four-year training program. The four-year program consists of four one-year segments that include eight thousand hours of continuous on-the-job training and a minimum of five hundred and seventy-six hours of related classroom instruction.
