Shawn purchased the Altoona Division of McCarl's, Inc. in 1996 after his dad started the business in 1946. Becoming a licensed plumber early in his career, Shawn has more than 30 years experience in the mechanical contracting industry. His knowledge of all aspects of the business, including the field, is tremendous and provides invaluable leadership and perspective to our organization. Shawn directly oversees the Safety and Construction Departments. |  |
Steve has worked in the mechanical contracting industry for more than 30 years and has been with our company for 23 years. Steve started his career as a plumbing apprentice and has vast knowledge of all aspects of mechanical construction. Steve has been a key leader in both the Construction and Estimating Departments. His understanding of construction and his technical knowledge are vital in leading our design/build efforts and his experience is invaluable as Manager of our QA/QC program. | |

Kevin joined our company in 2001 after starting his professional career at Westinghouse Electric Company where he was a Senior Manufacturing/Process Development Engineer. Kevin has worked in the Estimating Department and the Construction Department learning all aspects of our business as a Project Manager. In 2005 Kevin became Director of Business Development where he leads the vision in developing new business while focusing on creating and maintaining customer relationships |  |
Chris started with S. P. McCarl & Company, Inc. in 2000 after being a key member of the Executive Team at the Hite Company earlier in his career. Chris has increased his responsibilities significantly since he joined our company and has been Acting General Manager for our service company, McCarl's Preferred Services for several years. He oversees several departments within our organization effectively leading Accounting, Information Technology, and Administration. |
